宽带网络事业部为全球固定业务运营商和移动业务运营商提供包括光纤接入和铜缆接入在内的端到端超宽带固定接入解决方案。这些解决方案涵盖了所有业界已知的最先进的EPON，GPON，P2P，XGPON，10G EPON，NGPON2, XDSL，VDSL/2/2+和 G.Fast等光纤和铜缆接入技术，能够满足全球运营商的所有FTTH，FTTB，FTTC和FTTDP的部署需求。

上海贝尔宽带网络事业部研发中心是阿尔卡特朗讯全球最大的固定网络超宽带接入系统设备研发中心。中心定位为世界一流的超宽带接入技术的研发基地。中心拥有14位阿尔卡特朗讯研究院院士，800名工程师，其中95%拥有硕士博士学位。目前主要从事下一代光接入系统（GPON，EPON，XGPON，10GEPON，NGPON2）、宽带多业务接入系统（ISAM）、远端接入模块（MDU）和智能光网络终端（ONT）的产品研发。

Job Description:
Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of software according to technical requirement specification and standards
Responsible for test case design according to system requirement and software implementation, and performing software test
Responsible for document review, code review, test case review for early defect detection to make sure the development goal achieved with high quality
Responsible for product maintenance and troubleshooting field issues
Position Requirements:
Master degree or above and solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, software engineering, electrical/computer
Strong programming skill in C/C++ and Certification of programming is a plus
Knowledge in Objected Oriented (OO) design is a plus
Ability to research, understand, document, code, and test software systems
Understanding of networking and Linux is a plus
Innovative, self-motivated and highly ambitious
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals
Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Scholarship or Top score is a plus
