PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out confidential secretarial and administrative duties for HR Director to HR department;
- Receive and handle incoming calls and take messages from external or internal sources so that callers or visitors are dealt with promptly and accurately;
- Well schedule director or manager's appointments, business travels and answer or redirect routine enquiries from internal or external sources;
- Accurately transcribe, type, format and proof read a wide variety of materials (for example, correspondence, invoices, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software as well as maintain systematic documents or records filing;
- Responsible for bilingually translation of required materials as well as simultaneous interpretation on some occasions upon requests;
- Coordinate internal or external meetings, visits or events so that they run smoothly, which may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, such as, equipment, food, drinks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or above, major in English, Law, HR or business management
- Fluent English in speaking, writing, listening & reading
- Familiar with common software platforms, such as MS office
- Proactive, reliability, confidentiality and strong interpersonal communicating skill
- Effective time management, organization and coordination ability
- Able to work under minimal supervision

- With 3 years or above working experience in European / American multinational company or local private giants
