JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述       

Job Title(职位名): Management Trainee. 

Working Location (工作地):Shenzhen

PURPOSE目的

Management Trainee program for graduates that guide and support the career path of talented graduates. It aims to develop young talents with strong potential to become a future leader for our major functions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

Our management Trainee program is 18 months in duration. During that time, each candidate will

1. Go through a customized training curriculum in specific business, management and personal development areas

2. Rotate through major business functions for on-the-job training

3. Complete the project assignments with opportunities to work with the management team and broaden your exposure

MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战

1. Need to get deep insight and fully engagement from key stakeholders

2. Need to balance well between result-driven focus and project sustainable process

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

   a) Education学历:Bachelor degree or above   

 b)    Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

1. University Graduates from any discipline;

2. Energetic with excellent people skills

3. Presentable, self motivate with confidence and maturity

4. Career oriented and willing to commit time and energy

5. Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast track program

6. Good command of spoken and written English

7. Adapt to shift work
