Required Skills/Personality
1. Able to communicate with US partners in person, via conference calls or via emails;
2. TEM 8 qualification preferred, no requirement for special major;
3. Strong communication skill and able to think in others’ shoes;
4. Intellectual curiosity of new knowledge and challenges related to operation and R&D;
5. Able to work under pressure and in teams;
6. Open-minded and outgoing personality.
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage International Projects between Wellav and its US partner;
2. Support senior management to drive the project forward;
3. Lead the routine project meetings, follow up on the project progress, coordinate the resource allocations as well as the progress by each department;
4. Ensure the successful implementation within the required time frame;
5. Based in Huizhou headquarter. Occasional travel requirement (5%).
