Job description:
1. Internal Recruiting
-Understand demands of different function department
-Source profiles through different channels
-phone screen and face to face interview candidates
-brief candidates to leaders
2. Conduct Campus Recruitment Plan
-write proposal and design promotion poster (ability to design poster with photoshop)
3. other administrative jobs assigned by HR Director
