施乐辉管理培训生项目 
施乐辉管理培训生计划（Technical Management Trainee Program）是公司人力资源规划的重要组成部分，旨在为公司注入新生力量，为公司的长远发展培养阶梯式的管理人才。同时，也是针对优秀应届毕业生制定的人才发展项目，该项目旨在帮助优秀的应届生完成从校园到社会的稳步过渡，培养具有强烈社会责任感、创新领导才能的明日之星。 
Technical Management Trainee Program根据施乐辉特有的文化、人才观及领导力模型，制定了详细的发展计划，在培养的各阶段中，我们为其安排在公司各个核心职能部门进行轮岗工作，了解公司的业务模式，了解各职能岗位的流程、指标，了解我们的客户需求。在此期间，公司会委派优秀的高级管理人员担任培训生导师（Dedicated Mentor/Buddy），同时，还提供一系列的培训计划，开展销售训练营（Sales Campus）为其学习专业的产品知识和销售技能。
