Responsibilites:
1. Team administrative support regarding the sales calendar update and travel expenses reimbursement etc.(15%)
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments and teleconferences and take minutes of meetings when needed.(20%)
3. Add remarks of online promotion orders in ERP system.(40%)
4. Documentation filing and translation when needed.(15%)
5. other issues assigned by manager.(10%)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English
3. Proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, etc.
4. Fresh graduates or around 1 yr of relevant working experience in sales administration or having experience of ERP operation preferred.
