    We can help you develop your activities while keeping in line with relevant quality, health and safety, and environmental requirements of the maritime industry. Our services cover the entire ship’s life cycle, from the design stage through to the surveys of vessels in operation and decommissioning.
   

Responsibility:
    • Assist in recruitment activities, e.g. coordinate / schedule interviews, manage recruitment website etc.;
    • Assist in new staff orientation and probation evaluation process;
    • Assist in training program administrations, e.g. training material printing & delivering, training feedback collecting etc. ;
    • Assistant in staff contract renewal and data maintenance;
    • Assistant in HRIS systems and personnel folder maintenance;
    • Any other activities assigned by HR officer and supervisor.
   
    Requirement:
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent, HR related major is a plus;
    • Good command of English, both oral and written;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Proficiency in MS Office application software (word, excel, PeopleSoft);
    • Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure.
