猎头顾问培训生Consultant Trainee

 

Key Responsibilities and Career Development Plan

1) As consultant trainee, he or she will join our trainee program, which is designed for building non-headhunter background talents to headhunting professional.

2) The successful candidate will join FMC as an Associate Consultant. Expect to be a 360 consultant in no time.

3) Survivors from the program will expose to unlimited career prospect, even possible to be partners in future.

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

Skills and Previous Exposure:

1) Successful sales experience is highly preferred:

2) Quick learner and team player.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

4) Bachelor Degree or above.

 

Preferred Personality Type:

1) Passionate with strong internal drive, eager to succeed.

2) Hardworking and enjoy work life.

3) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.

 

Others:

1) Preferred age between 23 and 26, but outstanding fresh graduate is also acceptable.

2) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.
