Position：Product Engineer Assistant
Location：Shanghai Jinqiao

Job Description：
1. Technical Leadership supporting SCPM and the products during its' Life Cycle
2. Participating in the quality improvement team to identify the product issues and provide the solution;
3. Working for the industrial qualification (IQ) of products and components; DFM evaluation for product; Tools , fixture and packing design/development
4. Support NPI/Prototype builds/product retrofit
5. FO project management, e.g. SAP system setting, Q&S, material pull in, driving FO, etc.)
6. Product transfer support (e.g. localization, transfer to EMS. Etc.)
7. optimize product industrialization and help achieve the product requirements and priorities (Cost, Quality)
8. D.S \ RLII Installation & FAT support
9. Drive EMS in the use of new manufacturing technology; ensuring EMS has tools, proper processes and skilled/trained operators & repair technicians
10. Mass production technical support (batch problem, troubleshooting) ..
Requirements:
1. Education background: College or above, university preferred;
2. Major in: mechanical engineering, Electronics or Industrial engineering
