Responsibilities:
1. Search and identify suitable candidates by using all kinds of professional methods;
2. Close communication with the clients to introduce the job description and complete the assignment;
3. Train the interns and researchers to search and develop qualified candidates;
4. Interview candidates & write the report to client;
5. Arrange suitable candidates to be interviewed  by clients;
6. Assist clients and candidates negotiate the salary;
7. Control the consulting service process quality;
8. Business development & communication with clients.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years recruitment consulting experience;
3. Solid multi-industry track record;
4.Finance,Luxury,Retail,FMCG,Cosmetics,Manufacture industry working experience would be preferred;
5.Excellent communication skills with multi-task management competency;
6.Hard working with good oral and written English;
7.Hold the certification of HR Agent is a plus;
8.Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take challenge in a growing organization.
