What are my responsibilities?
- Design, development and test of a product in component/subsystem level including SW according to PEP
- Ensure the development process effectiveness and efficiency
- Planning, efford estimation and scheduling of whole development
- Ensure compliance to process and Standards&Laws
- Ensure supplier qualification and deliverables

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Experience in SW design related job position with real time system and for large mech-eletrical devices
- Good communication skill (team player) is preferred
- Experience with international employers and customers is preferred. capabilities to operate in foreign cultures is a plus.
