岗位职责

1、顾客服务：

贯彻八个黄金服务原则以提高顾客服务水平

严格要求自己做员工的表率

保证顾客进入店铺的第一时间接受良好的接待服务

及时提供给顾客更多的产品和促销信息

2、人力管理：

向当班经理汇报员工工作情况

时常检查员工是否按照公司的标准及规章制度来进行每项工作

安排新员工熟悉环境，配合培训部对其进行入职培训

根据员工实际人数合理安排工作，以保证卖场运作的正常进行，并充分利用人力资源

定期检查员工的着装礼仪规范

不定期向员工反馈其工作表现

3、店铺营运

巡视自己负责的部门，确保陈列符合公司相关规定

贯彻八大陈列黄金原则

 安排属下员工分区域清洁店铺、补充卖场货品

 检查订货、收货

 采取有效措施，严格控制货品流失

根据促销表对货品的价格及时进行调整

 根据促销表控制促销货品的陈列

岗位要求

1、大专以上学历，工商管理或市场营销等相关专业

2、工作细心负责，学习能力较强

3、具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力

4、能承受一定的工作压力

5、具有较强的顾客服务意识

薪资福利

   1、基本薪资3000左右 月销售奖金

2、五险（养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险）一金（住房公积金）；

3、每年8天年假，每工作一年增加1天；

4、每年有6天有薪病假；

5、年底13薪 年终奖金 年终调薪；

6、每半年一次晋升机会；

7、良好的职业发展计划：

管理培训生-店铺副经理-店经理-高级店经理-区域经理…
