该项目旨在培养服务中心中层管理者。项目培训期为2年，第一年在南京总部及上海、杭州等分公司进行集中培训及轮岗。第二年在分公司进行在岗培训。培训期间融合课堂培训、实践培训及在岗培训，结合“导师计划”由博西华服务公司中国区管理层进行为期1年的一对一定期辅导，对每一位培训生的职业化专业化进行全方位的辅导与提升。

- Assist manager to service center daily management, including service quality and technical management
协助经理做好服务中心日常运营管理工作，包括服务质量管理及技术管理
- To participate in service center service quality management and control, technical management and training
参与服务中心服务质量管理与控制，以及技术管理和技术培训
- Through the 1-2 years of training, facilitate the trainee to be a qualified service center supervisor
通过1-2 年的培养，使其具备合格的服务中心主管的能力
Requirements任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学
- Major in management, marketing and related area
管理学、市场营销等专业优先
- Good English skills and good ability of management potential
