JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述

To analyze requirements and image system, write design or program specifications
分析需求和图像系统，编写设计或程序规范

To code .NET applications to implement product features
编写.NET应用实现产品特性

3.    
Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team
与全球的开发人员保持密切沟通与合作

Guide and support junior developers
指导支持初级开发人员

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求

1.    
Be familiar with .NET 3.5/4.0, C# (Winform or WPF), students preferred.
熟悉.NET 3.5/4.0, C# (Winform or WPF)，在校学生优先

2.    
Have good understanding of .NET fundamentals, the essential of CLR
对.NET基础和CLR有深刻理解

3.    
Fundamental knowledge of and experience with data structure, object-oriented, multi-threading and memory management.
具备数据结构、面向对象、多线程和内存管理的基础和经验

4.    
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
计算机技术或软件工程等相关专业本科或硕士学历

5.    
Must be comfortable participating in technical discussions and giving technical presentations.
乐于参与技术讨论并做技术展示

6.    
Be a highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
自主性高，独立，愿意在变化环境下工作

7.    
Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
具有分析思考和解决问题的能力

Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
在压力环境下保持责任心和灵活性

Preferred:
优先条件:

Experience in MVVM, MVC, Unit Test is a plus.
有MVVM，MVC，单元测试经验者优先

2.    
Experience in OpenCV development is a plus.
有OpenCV开发经验者优先

3.    
Experience in 2D/3D graphics programming is a plus.
有2D/3D图像编程经验者优先
