  • Responsible for the development of potential customers;

 promote flexible employment service

  • According to the sales policy, develop customer

 independently and complete the sales tasks company

 issued effectively

  • Bachelor degree and above, fluent in reading and written

 English

  • Quick learner, good customer communication skills and

 Easy-going person

Sourcing Specialist

Position Amount:30

  • Effectively source target talents via diversify channels by

 using appropriate sourcing skills

  • Preliminary engage with talents for profile screen with

 professional commentary

  • Cooperate with team members to successfully fulfill

 assigned requisitions

  • Proactively map target talent from identified industry/

 market to consolidate talent market reports

  • Update and maintain talent database with accurate data

Searching Specialist

Position Amount:10

  • Work professionally with hands-on recruiting to all our

clients according to company's SOP

  • Have ownership in working and have commitment to our

clients in all recruitment cases

  • Fulfill the vacant orders in the most effective and

efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper

recruitment procedure

  • Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or

directories) to attract appropriate applicants

Project Consultant

Position Amount:1

  • Implement survey and consulting project according to the project plan.
  • Coordinate with project manager visit clients to acquire the requirement in HR project.
  • Actively participate in developing the project proposals, assist the project manager with the project negotiation

Researcher

Position Amount:3

  • In accordance with client's requirements, assist

 consultants to search for suitable candidates through a

 variety of ways, and communicate with candidates

 effectively, and preliminary screen candidates (including

 cold-call searching)

  • Add candidates' information to the database, responsible

 for updating&maintaining database

  • Analyse relevant market information, organize and

 complete project information, update information in the

 project management system

  • Review projects with consultant
