Intern-Office Admin
Secretarial/Administrative Support
·
Answer the telephone and take detailed messages when necessary.
·
Maintain the filing system on an ongoing basis so documents are in order.
·
Compose/distribute reports (i.e. visit reports, pre-advisory papers, weekly reports)
·
Make travel and meeting arrangements for visitors and RGA associates.
·
Translation of documents.
·
Responsible for administrative support
to seminars/marketing events (i.e. compose/distribute invites,
confirmation of attendees, reception at seminar/marketing event, etc.)
·
Other administrative support as needed.
Marketing Support
·
Support for arrangement of marketing events and seminars.
·
Establish strong working relationship with clients of RGA
·
Support to create and revamp marketing materials (company brochures, presentation, proposals etc.)
Human Resources
·
Maintaining personnel files.
·
Handing recruitment and resign
·
Administering staff insurance and social contributions (labour, national health and group insurance).
·
Coordinate with HR head quarters
·
Handling ex-patriots' filing with government.
Office Support
·
Handling office purchasing, renovation and cleaning.
·
Maintaining office facilities in good conditions.
Other
Take on non-routine tasks/projects assigned by CR.
