Position: Statistician (US Stat) Beijing

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Provides statistical methodology support in the delivery of standard and custom studies.

• Applies statistical design and methodology to meet client information needs, conducts statistical analyses to derive conclusions from the study and assists in preparing written summaries of study results.

• Works as part of a team in preparing analysis plans and statistical reports and performs validation of statistical analysis.

• Works on projects of limited scope within defined procedures and practices.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with up to two (2) years of experience in operations research, market research, or applied statistics.

• Technical knowledge/skills include: regression analysis, sampling, and basic knowledge of SAS programming languages in both PC and mainframe environments. 

• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

Position: Statistical and SQL Programmer (US Stat) Beijing

ROLE PURPOSE:

Under broad guidance, design and develop software and computer applications using SQL and other programming languages and software. This includes designing the requirements of new applications or systems, then programming and implementation. Throughout this process, applications are tested to ensure error-free functionality.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Write database related documentation (Data Dictionary, ERD, Conceptual Data Model and Logical Data Model etc.)

• Provide on-going support and maintenance of existing applications database.

• Able to design the advance SQL queries, procedure, cursor, triggers, scripts.

• Able to design the database model and E-R design of the systems.

• Maintain the project related documents

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOLEDGE REQUIRED:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

• Experience using Oracle or SQL Server in application development

• Experience in using SQL tools: PL Developer or Toad is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of Database

• Exceptionally good in problem analyzing, solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Ability to support critical business requirements.

• Excellent spoken & written English is essential as there may be interaction with the client.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Know UNIX, VBA or other programming Language.

Position: Production Analyst (Medical Device) Beijing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrate and verify the accuracy of medical diagnosis or surgical data; bridge and match data with IMS reference data files;

• Perform careful and detailed Quality Control on data, ensuring the accuracy and on-time delivery of the data report;

• Track information through internal and external sources to ensure the reference database and historical database is updated and well maintained;

• Closely work with other teams to provide prompt and precise feedback on data queries from clients based on data investigations;

• Consistently support the team to fine-tune workflow and improve performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, majored in clinical medicine, preclinical medicine, or related discipline; or bachelor’s degree, majored in nursing, with 2 years of work experience in hospitals;

• Good knowledge of medical diagnosis and surgical operations, and good sense on the development and trend of the healthcare industry;

• Organized, detailed-oriented and accountable; quick learner and team player;

• Work experience related to surgical operations would be a plus;

• Frequent user of MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel etc.; knowledge of database applications like FoxPro and Access is a plus.

• 正规院校全日制本科毕业，临床医学、基础医学或相关专业；或护理专业本科毕业，两年以上医院工作经验；

• 掌握良好的医疗诊断、手术相关知识，对医疗健康行业相关动态有敏锐的洞察力；

• 做事细心、有条理，并具有极强的责任心；学习能力强、擅长团队合作；

• 有手术室相关工作经验者优先；

• 熟练使用Office软件，如Word, Excel等；掌握FoxPro、Access等数据库工具者优先。

Position: Production Analyst (NDF) Beijing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support on production classification for healthcare data (including anatomical, therapeutical, chemical classifications, drug formulation classification, etc); update new classification codes as required;

• Track pharmaceutical information through internal and external sources to ensure the master file is updated and well maintained;

• Liaise with Client Services Department to provide prompt and precise feedback to data queries raised by clients;

• Consistently support the team to fine-tune workflow and improve performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutics, medical science or related discipline;

• Good knowledge of pharmacology, and good sense on the development and trend of the pharmaceutical industry;

• Fluent in written English;

• Organized, detailed-oriented and accountable; quick learner and team player;

• Above 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals or relevant institutions will be a plus;

• Frequent user of MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel etc.; knowledge of database applications like FoxPro and Access is preferred.
