北京快点网络科技有限公司是以移动互联网科技为中心的公司。目前，正在研发以智能手机为基础，提供新型广告投放模式的移动平台。
我公司现招募假期实习生参与应用平台的建设。

【实习生招募计划】
1、工作描述
针对目前在校大学生用户制定产品推广营销策略。
-制定重点营销计划，建立详细的促销策略。
-有所针对的对在校大学生制定产品宣传推广策略和执行。
-分析产品目标性能和实际产品状态之间的差异，
制定网络营销策划方案。
-产品策划案要基于移动广告市场，手机营销现状。
-辅助公司建立网络营销策略。
-管理及运行当前在线营销渠道。
2、 所学与收获
-体验产品策划的整个过程，从制定策略到分析结果。
-学习和了解移动应用市场的特性，积累宝贵经验。
-我们公司也在韩国开展业务，实习期间可以了解到不同国家，不同的市场的状况、规则、客户需求，以及中国和韩国之间IT行业的标准及动向。
-实习期间可以更进一步，更直接的了解IT产业、网络服务市场、以及可以参加由产品研发总监主持的在线产品服务计划会议。
3、工作环境
-薪资面议。
-实习时间：12月到1月底
-工作时间：9:00~18:00
工作地址： 北京市朝阳区望京
4、任职资格
-市场营销、工商管理专业学生优先。
-有RA经验者优先。
-熟练操作 Power Point, Excel以及Word软件。
-对IT及移动手机广告服务有兴趣的学生。
-英文或韩文熟练者优先。

1. Job Description
Planning Marketing strategy for product promotion mainly targeting university students in mainland china.
- establish detailed promotion tactics based on backbone marketing plan
- excute and manage designed promotion tactics on selected university campus
- analyze performance gap between targeted and actual result
Supporting online marketing stragety establishment
- research online marketing status about mobile based asvertisement service
- support establishment backbone strategy on online marketing for our company
- manage current online marketing channel
2. Learning point for internship
-They can experience whole process from setting up strategy to analyzing result.
-They can understand charecteristics of mobile application marketing.
-Because our company is also doing our business in korea, they can know the difference in market situation, regulations, customer needs, IT standards between china and korea.
-They can get IT industry understanding, Marketing for online service, Service planning for online product session from professors.
3. Working Conditions
-Salary level will be discussed later. (we estimate between 3,000~4,000)
-Internship Term : from end of June to end of August.
-Working time : from 9 to 6 (overworking expected)
-Best and Second best internship award : will be financially awarded

-good at Excell, Power Point and Word
-Marketing oriented students
-experienced RA position in consulting Company
-interested in IT and Mobile service
