职位描述 EMAP Program 1.The EMAP is a five-year rotational program that is designed to develop high potential engineers for future leadership positions within Dresser-Rand. The program provides a diverse set of experiences through challenging rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, leadership opportunities and mentoring. 2.Each rotational assignment provides an in-depth orientation and broad knowledge of the field to which the participant is assigned. Most participants have an opportunity to rotate four to five times before graduation from the program. The first three years are typically comprised of three, one-year rotations. The final two-years encompass a major job assignment that is based on the initial three years of training. The assignment locations are based on the company needs, as well as the participants abilities and preferences. 3.An EMAP candidate has excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, strong analytical skills initiative, and strong decision-making skills. They are team players, self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven. Required: 1.Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Manufacturing) 2.The willingness and ability to travel and relocate throughout the duration of the EMAP Program. Details: 1.The first three years will be comprised of one year rotations. The remaining two years is typically the discipline of focus as to where they will begin their career. 2.The candidate will use fundamental engineering concepts, practices and procedures to complete assigned projects while learning about the company. Fields which the candidate will be exposed typically include Application engineering, Project management engineering, Field services engineering, Product Design engineering, Test stand engineering or Manufacturing Engineering as well as Supply Chain engineering and R&D 3.The rotations will provide broad exposure in the various aspects of Engineering and Management. Assignments may be in the India Operations, other Asia Pacific locations and Field Operation sites throughout Asia Pacific.
