一、公司简介

Ataway was founded by PeopleSoft Finance consultants more than 10 years ago. Expertise in the product was our key differentiator early on, which helped us build our reputation as a team of global application experts.

 

This expertise became a cornerstone of our ability to cover a wider scope of increasingly complex projects, while at the same time building the necessary infrastructure to support these projects.

 

Ten years on, to better serve its customers, Ataway has now extended its scope to not only PeopleSoft Finance, but also to the entire Oracle ERP family (PeopleSoft, Campus Solutions, eBusiness, Fusion). We now cover all back office processes, including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management and Procurement.

 

From an infrastructure standpoint, Ataway is now present in 11 countries around the world with more than 350 consultants.

 

Our two Service Centers in Shanghai and Buenos Aires enable us to provide offshore solutions for the most recurring ERP needs: Application Maintenance, Functional and Technical Support, Upgrade, Application Hosting, Training, Offshore Development and Testing. We are also currently investing in Europe, where we plan to set up a new center to better serve our customers.

HCM Business Analyst

 

Job Description

 

1、Enroll training to understand Kronos applications and functionalities;

2、Participate in project implementation including detailed tasks of analysis, design, development and testing;

3、Participate in the preparation of project documentation of all phases;

4、Participate in company’s internal application projects;

5、Other related tasks assigned by team leader.        

 

 

Qualification

 

1、Fluent in oral and written English, CET-6 or above;

2、Good computer application knowledge, knowledge on database application is preferred;

3、Working experience on ERP products such as Kronos, Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP is highly preferred;

4、Positive and good attitude of learning and assigned tasks;

5、Strong sense of time, can work under pressure, pay attention to details and keep quality work;

6、Major in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics Management or Foreign language.

 

• Intern〣I

 

Responsibility

 

1、Assist in the deployment of a BI solution on a customer site, and pre﹕ales activities

 

Requirement

 

1、Future graduate.

2、Basic technical experience on java, .NET, SQL, database schemas.

3、Experience in jython a plus

4、Fast learner

5、Must have a “geek” mentality, which is aspiring to display one’s technical prowess in the form of a creative and pragmatic approach to solve real software demands and business needs

6、Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities

7、Can work under pressure with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

• Kronos Consultant

 

Responsibility

 

1、Enroll training to understand Kronos applications and functionalities;

2、Responsible for Kronos implementation testing

3、Responsible for supporting Kronos global project, mainly on attendance function

4、Other related tasks assigned by team leader.

 

Requirement

 

1、Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;

2、Good communication skills both written and oral.

3、Self-motivator with the ability to work independently (as required);

4、Good time management skills;

5、Degree level qualification;

6、Fluent in oral and written English, CET-6 or above;

7、Able to work in offshore mode or onsite directly with client;

 

 

• Intern-PeopleSoft

 

Responsibility

 

1、The ideal candidate will be expected to solve open-ended problems, work across various softwares (ERP, BI), and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Requirement

 

1、A highly motivated, enthusiast, quick learner IT consultant with skills in SQL, java and/or .NET (VBA)

2、Experienced in PeopleSoft, a plus (PeopleTools / PeopleCode / Integration Broker)

3、Experience in Python or Perl scripting also a plus.

4、Must have a “geek” mentality, that is aspiring to display one’s technical prowess in the form of a creative and pragmatic approach to solve real software demands and business needs

5、Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities

Responsibilities:

2、Participate in project implementation including detailed tasks of analysis, design, development and testing;

3、Participate in the preparation of project documentation of all phases;

4、 Participate in company’s internal application projects;

5、Other related tasks assigned by team leader.

 

Qualifications:

 

1、University Degree or above, major in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics Management or Foreign Language, intern with a long-lasting relationship intention is also accepted;

2、Fluent in oral and written English, CET-6 or above;

3、Good computer application knowledge, knowledge on database application is preferred;

4、Working experience on ERP products such as Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP is highly preferred;

5、Positive and good attitude of learning and assigned tasks;
