职位概述Position Summary

维护公司IT系统、设施、设备及软件，建立IT管理体系及制度。

Maintains company IT system/facility/equipment/software, establish company IT management system and policies.

主要职责Main Responsibilities:

1、管理和维护公司计算机硬件设备和设施

Manage and maintain company’s computer hardware equipment and facility.

2、管理和维护公司计算机网络，保障网络安全；

Manage and maintain company computer network, to secure the internet safety;

3、管理和维护计算机数据安全；

Manage and maintain computer data security.

4、管组公司的安防设施和门禁系统；

Manage company security facility and access control system

5、负责运行软件系统的安装及维护;

Maintenance and installation of software of company computers;

6、建立公司IT HELPDESK, 对公司计算机软硬件以及系统方面提供全方位的支援，及时有效地解决员工在计算机使用过程中存在的问题。

Establish company IT helpdesk, to provide full support on IT software/hardware and computer systems in theCompany, solve the IT related problems raised by the staff on a day to day basis.

7、建立和维护公司网站及邮件服务，并对其进行安全监控和数据监控；

Build and maintain company website and E-mail service, and safeguard its operation security and data sercurity.

8、组织并参与所有IT方面事物，包括方案讨论、产品和服务选型、需求调研、实施方案确定、实施工作安排、项目验收等工作；

Organize and join the all IT activities, such as IT system discussion, production and service selection, requirement investigation, executive proposal, executive work arrangements, inspection, and etc. 

9、管理各部门员工电脑应用权限，含电脑、上网、下载、软件、系统用户等，制定和落实计算机网络与信息管理的各项规章制度；

Management employee’s computer application control, includes: computer using, internet, download, software, system access control. Build and execute the IT policy.

10、参与公司IT方面的费用预算.

Involve the IT budget of company.

11、负责日常办公IT设备和运行软件设备的选购；

Choose suitable office IT equipmentSoftware Appliance for company;

12、参与公司行政管理工作

Involve company administion works.

13、完成上级领导交办的其它工作;

Finish other jobs given by immediate leaders

资质要求 Qualification Requirements

1、IT相关专业全日制本科学历；

Bachalor degree (full time) or above in IT

2、2年以上相关工作经验；

More than 2 years related experience，

3、熟练的英语读写听说能力；

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

4、对计算机硬件、软件及供应商有广泛的了解，对网络架构、原理充分了解。

Be familiar with computer hardware, software and product suppliers, well understood the infrastructure of internet/intranet.
