Sales Trainee

销售培训生

This position offers 10 weeks graduation internship in rose plastic Kunshan. After graduation and passing the evaluation, Students will get a 3-years employment contract with 6-monthes probation.In the first one or two years, students do CSR job in Kunshan to offer support to Sales. Then, after training and evaluation, students will have a chance to go back to Zhengzhou to take charge of Zhengzhou sales office of rose plastic.

Belongs to Sales Dept.

Reports to Commercial Manager-East/North China

Principal Accountabilities:

Customer profile and system data maintenance

Handle calls/fax/emails from customers and relevant inquiries

Implement international trade regulations during business transaction

Offer production knowledge supporting to improve customer satisfaction

Attend and visit the relevant exhibitions

Visit customer

Other related tasks

Requirements:

University student/graduate

Major: Materials Science and Engineering ,ultrahard metal or Machining.

Language skills: Good command of spoken & written English, basic oral communication skill;

willing to engage in sales and to get development with company

IT-Know how: good in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.)

Team player with motivated positive attitude

Communication skills in international multilingual environment

该职位提供10周左右的毕业实习。实习通过考核后，学生将与玫瑰塑胶昆山有限公司签订3年合同，含6个月试用期。

在第1－2年，在昆山总部担任客服代表工作，为销售提供支持。

之后，经过培训及考核后，将有机会回公司的郑州销售代表处任职。

-隶属于销售部门。

-向大区销售经理汇报。

主要工作职责：

整理客户数据和系统维护

处理客户需求，如电话，传真，邮件等

在商务往来中遵守国际贸易规则

为客户提供产品技术支持以确保客户满意

参与、支持相应展会

拜访客户

其他相关工作

要求：

大学应届毕业生，材料科学与工程、超硬材料或机械加工等相关专业

语言水平：良好的英语读写能力，基本的口语交流

有志于从事销售工作，与公司一起发展

计算机水平：熟练使用Office办公软件

积极主动，具备团队精神

在国际化环境中良好的沟通技巧

已有或准备获得C驾照
