In this role, you will: - Handle account service related quality checking, enquiries form frontline colleagues, scan the a/c opening document, GWIS system follow up, monitoring the status of a/c packet in system, update internal full list. - To be responsible for the internal and external return and reporting tasks by regulator or CNQ parties. Keep high reporting quality and feedback returns in time. - To backup PA, teller when required
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1. Bacholor Degree or above 2. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills 4. Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking 5. With relevant working experience is preferred lssued by HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited |
