In this role, you will: l Handle all inward remittance and local transfer payments,ensure authorization authenticated and customer account debited properly. Scan the application form to GSC and follow the follow-up queue in GWIS. Process FCY local transfer and inward remittance transactions. l To well understand and comply with the regulations stipulated by SAFE/PBOC/CBRC, feedback in PBOC & SAFE systems according to regulator's requirement. l Prepare monthly statistics of local transfer and inward remittance to regulator and CNQ. l Handle internal and external customers courteously. To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: l Bachelor degree or above l Good understanding of banking rules and regulations l Strong sense of responsibility l Good communication and interpersonal skill l Good written and spoken English l Good computer skill You’ll achieve more at HSBC.
