Research Assistant
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position: Research Assistant
Location: 2105, CITIC Square, 1168 Nanjing Road West
(南京西路1168号中信泰富广场2105室)
Job Summary:
Conduct industry and position analysis and research on project basis to identify suitable candidates by networking among community and making cold calls.
Provide administrative support to the consulting team, including coordinate, liaise, leverage and arrange searching activities. Play a role as a bridge between clients and candidates.
Fully responsible for the documentation of the search activities, meanwhile, actively manage candidates pool and information by effectively updating Candidate Information System.
Provide ad hoc support to other HR consultation and training projects.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
University graduate preferably majored in English, Business Administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, interested in dealing with people.
Good English and Mandarin, both Oral and Written
Is a team player, hardworking, “can do” attitude.
