职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor production status: do time taking, make production time analysis report, analyze machine load and HC planning, etc.
- Manage production master data: arrange TGC for each production segment, create and manage work center for each machine
- Calculate cost: cost saving project management, cost simulation, PCR& SCR analysis, indicator key data analysis and monitoring
- Coordinate budget process: Coordinate budget master data between segment and finance controlling before budget MRP
- Conduct all kinds of report about plant status, planning and budget to HQ, RHQ and plant management team.
Qualification Requirements
- Master degree in IE.
- System thinking and good analysis skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
