| 职位描述 | Job Description Internship position with option for full hire Expat English (native) speaker Purpose of Job: To provide high quality support to our Shanghai team Hours of Work: full time Location: Shanghai Principal Responsibilities As Shared Resource to the TEAM .To organise material according to priority and drafting acknowledgements where necessary .To assist with research, brief preparation and client accounts. .To draft and type up written material including articles, reports, letters, memos and e-mails, and some translation. .Any other relevant tasks identified by the TEAM. Person Specification Essential .Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook Express. .Looking to build a career in marketing and data analytics and have a passion for the Chinese / APAC market. .Sound interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy. .Basic knowledge of personnel administration. .The ability to take initiative and work under pressure, maintaining a professional approach to all aspects of work. .The ability to prioritise own work and complete work effectively and on time. .Some knowledge of the digital marketing and / or advertising market with its objectives. | ||||||
