Our Management Trainee program starts at the Researcher level, which we are seeking ambitious, intelligent and high energy candidates. In this role you will learn and be responsible for:

 Learn how to make search lists of target companies and candidates

 How to effectively collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.

 Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews.

 Obtain knowledge of how to conduct thorough in depth research of companies and positions accountable for.

 Learn to analyze and draw the most accurate organization charts based on the information and input received from the candidates.

 Presentation skills of candidate profiles to the Consultant to further justification and understanding.

 Learn effective cold calling techniques to unknown candidates.

 Support Consultant to fulfill the performance target set by company

 Learn to conduct specific market research to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualities:

 Passion, ambition and energy

 Fresh graduates or 1~3 years working experience

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Good English in both written & spoken is a must

 Ability to face challenges and to work under pressure

 Bachelor Degree or above preferred
