To meet the rapid growth of HSBC Global Service Centre China , there is a need to develop and strengthen a local management team with appropriate experience and expertise to support its increasingly complex functions. The MT program is a structured development program for 24 months aimed at recruiting and grooming home grown talent to take up leadership positions.

A senior member of the management team will act as mentor of the trainee throughout the program.
Attachments to different functions and in-house training base on MT's strength and aspiration
