HSBC GSC China Management Trainee Programme 2015

To meet the rapid growth of HSBC Global Service Centre China , there is a need to develop and strengthen a local management team with appropriate experience and expertise to support its increasingly complex functions. The MT program is a structured development program for 24 months aimed at recruiting and grooming home grown talent to take up leadership positions.

Programme Content

·         24-month programme

 A 24-month structured development program aimed at grooming home grown talent to take up leadership positions

·         Executive Mentor

A senior member of the management team will act as mentor of the trainee throughout the program.

·         Tailor made development plan

Attachments to different functions and in-house training base on MT's strength and aspiration

Requirement

? High potential graduates with less than one year work experience
? Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline
? Excellent language capability in English and Chinese

Location : Guangzhou/Foshan, China

?  HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Guangdong) Limited (HDPG) is the registered name for the three HSBC GSCs in Guangdong, China. As the first centre among the 22 GSCs in HSBC GSD, HDPG has the second largest scale among all GSCs in HSBC.

At present, there are four GSCs in Guangdong located in HSBC Guangzhou Building, Taikoo Hui Building, Foshan Innovation Centre and Nanhai Centre, providing operational support to HSBC's offices around the world. Since the establishment in 1996, we have experienced rapid growth from 60 staff to a professional financial service team with more than 7,800 staff.
