Warranty Analyst (One for Quality department)

 

1. Response for performing incoming inspections for customer returns.

Collect evidences for any observed abnormal phenomenon or appearance issues.

Summary the findings in required format and review with supervisor.

2. Response for performing full analysis for customer returns for returned axles for kinds of reasons.

3. Summarize the overall analysis report in required PPT and submit to supervisor.

4. Work on assemble the AAM axles onto vehicles under assist.

5. Distinguish the instrumentations by each directions and set the LMS program for test

6. Setup the different programs for products need for test

7. Response for maintaining the instrumentations and perform self-calibrations under required frequency

8. Follow up other warranty related directions from supervisor.

 

Manufacturing Supervisor (One)
