International Sales Support
Task Designation
-Monitoring progress and status of whole international sales process, to remind and facilitate sales manager work
-Conducting international sales planning and customer visit schedule
-Preparing monthly sales report
-Preparing other sales related reports on request (e.d. lost sale analysis)
-Understanding customer's request clearly
-Preparing the relevant quotation documents
-Conducting research on customer information and preference to help sales manager find the potential customers or better understanding the customers
-Collecting and archiving existing customer information (e.g. profile, contact information, sales record) in customers database
-Regularly updating the database
Qualification Required
-Bachelor degree or above in business management and commercial knowledge
-Strong in analysis and presentation
-Strong interpersonal communication skills, open, good in listening; Work independently
-Excellent command of written English, good in spoken English
