Title: Researcher Intern
Division/Business Unit: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Managing consultant
Purpose: To provide suitable candidate for client
KEY RESULT AREAS SUMMARY
KRA Description
·
Candidate sourcing-
This involves digging out suitable candidate and mapping the related
industry to better understand company structure, candidate
qualification, preference and career development plan
·
Candidate
Management This involves initiating, maintaining and developing
relationships with candidates with the aim of them becoming client's
shortlist candidates
·
This
includes having an understanding of organisational needs, delivering
candidates to fulfil those needs and adapting personal style to suit the
style of the
client.
·
Assignment
Management This includes all activities required to effectively manage
the candidate/s during the assignment process. The
·
Researcher serves as a link between the candidate/s and the consultant/s with the aim of bringing the two parties together in a
·
solution to their mutual satisfaction. The researcher is also responsibility for leveraging assignments to build the candidate
·
database in their area of specialization.
Requirement:
Those with headhunt intern experience is preferred
Good English with diligent attitude
