ANALYST / ASSOCIATE ANALYST/Intern
ANALYST work closely with researcher and receive well-rounded exposure and training that enable them to develop not only into professional Analyst, but also experts in diverse functions, industries and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia
- select search strategy of target companies
- Fulfill and complement the database qualification
- Make plentiful cold call for daily work
- Ensuring quality of search process
工作职责：
- 在亚洲地区进行全行业的公司及候选人的搜索及分析
- 选择目标公司的搜索策略
- 完善数据库
- 根据日常工作所需打一定量的cold call
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or above; previous experience in making Cold Call will be considered for Analyst position
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented team player
任职资格：
- 本科以上，有cold call方面经验的优先
- 良好的人际交往和沟通能力
- 有较强的上进心
- 具有团队合作意识并且能够适应团队合作的工作方式
- 具有较强的抗压能力
