招聘岗位：

1. JOB TITLE

Assistant FDM

 

2. PURPOSE / MISSION

This job is responsible to provide support to FDM in colletion work, evaluation, brand servicing and project management; Platform to acquire Olfactive knowledge, expertise in fragrance development and project management across different categories.   This position would get trained, receive oversea assignment and get exposed to multi-national culture, so that we are looking for candidates who are passionate about fragrance and highly communicative in both mandarin & English.

 

3. MAIN TASKS

Assimilates Olfactive and technical trainings; Contributes to collection building by evaluating and selecting fragrance, initiating pro-active development; Participates regularly to expert panels across categories; In-depth knowledge of market leaders in own category as well as Firmenich best-sellers; Understand MR tools and techniques as well as project management; Builds relationship with other functions; As of 2nd year, starts managing projects and becomes accountable for results.

Perfumers -Application Services- Technical Development Teams- FDMs - CMI -Account Managers-External Customers

 

5. FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL

University degree (ISPICA-University in Versailles specialised in Flavors & Fragrances marketing) or else  internships

 

6. PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

1 -3 years of fragrance laboratory experience preferred or in Marketing in FMCG industry.
