SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

1.       Thorough and deep research in the company and positions accountable for to serve the key industries and clients

全面深入研究目标企业和职位；围绕公司重点行业和重点客户进行专业服务

2.       Work closely with consultants to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency

与顾问紧密合作，保持市场份额，改善整体运营效率

3.       Analyze job description, and execute process of market mapping, headhunting, candidate screening and interviewing of candidates

分析职位说明书，罗列搜寻目标，根据要求搜寻合适候选人

4.       Ensures that candidates, clients and job orders in database are up-to-date and the information needed is well reflected on the organization structure produced

及时更新数据库中的候选人和招聘需求，确保所负责的项目信息能在系统中得以运行及管理

5.       Prepare, debrief, and perform reference-checks on candidates being for clients, sitting in on interviews, negotiation of offers and onboard

依照事先制定的专业程序，制作候选人的推荐报告，参与面试，向客户推荐合适的候选人并追踪候选人成功入职

6.       Maintain and establish a good relationship with existing and potential clients

和候选人沟通并保持良好联系

7.       Report on project progress and result on time

按时完成每周量化任务及周报告

8.       A team orientation will be a valuable addition to a collegial, collaborative environment

保持部门内及跨部门的团结协作

9.       Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets agreed upon

完成公司布置的全年目标任务

10.   Accomplish other assignments from line manager

服从上级所交代的其他工作。

 

QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 职位要求和相关经验

1.       Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历；

2.  1 year or above recruitment experience, headhunting experience in Finance, Retail, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical industries is preferred;

1年及以上招聘工作经验，有金融、零售、地产、医药等行业猎头经验者优先

2.       Excellent Internet searching skills and computer skills including Word and Excel;

善于使用的网络搜索及具备数据挖掘能力；

3.       Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening;

优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力；

4.       Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;

结果导向，关注绩效；

5.       Strong organizational skills;

能够同时参与多个项目的实施，善于管理及合理分配时间；

6.       Good team player

团队、合作精神。
