The Role

The International Management Program is focuses on B2B sales, personal development and offers an accelerated career path. It offers a large amount real business exposure and responsibility from the word go.  It favors self-starters with a passion for growing a business who are looking to develop in a fast paced organisation.

As part of the role, you will be speaking to a wide range of companies and organizations - from universities and local government departments to Fortune 500 companies. The right candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process and account management as they liaise with C-Level Executives to build value and business relationships with them.

All Meltwater managers have been developed through this program as have the majority of its senior executives. The program is designed to prepare each consultant for a career in management, and successful completion is required before the individual can be considered for a management position. A culture of continuous training and development underlies our ability to develop young professionals.

What we are looking for

 Near native spoken and written English (Acquired Score 7 with IELTS or 80 with

TOEFL) and Mandarin

 Passion for doing sales

 University degree with strong academic results

 Minimum 6 months experience living abroad in US/Canada/UK/Singapore/Australia for work or study

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

 A positive, driven, self-starter with natural leadership qualities

 A proven ability to meet or exceed expectations or targets
