We are looking for an assistant who can help our manager who travels frequently.
Major responsibilities will be: - To contact Chinese companies to arrange meetings in LOCAL languages both by phone and email - To occasionally contact western companies in English to arrange meetings mostly by email - Build travel itinerary and arrange flights and hotels for the manager - To process receipts and invoices on monthly basis - To perform other administrative functions
Qualifications: - You must have bachelors degree or above - You must read & write Chinese and English fluently and speak both languages without accent - You must have good enough English reading and writing skills - You must be proficient with Word and Excel - You should be a driven person
Compensation: -Will be discussed during interview
Working hours - You are expected to work 25 hours a week - As it it a work-from-home job, you can work flexible hours
