Assistant Investment Manager (ECM) - Investment Banking

Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

1.    
required to build strong working relationships with ECM professionals and fund managers through effective deal structuring and negotiation;

2.    
required to develop a book of business and build relationships with referral partners for the investment bank business;

3.    
sector and client research from multiple sources;

4.    
Close collaboration with internal team member and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow through;

5.    
involving in Equity Capital Market (ECM) works, underwriting, placing, arranging road shows and performing due diligence works;

Requirement:

1.    
Prefer postgraduate or above and accounting major;

2.    
Prefer being existing license representative under China SRC regulated activities of dealing securities;

3.    
Prior financial Industry working experience will be an advantage;

4.    
Able to communicate complicated thoughts / ideas;

5.    
Demonstrated hardworking, attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence and willing to travel;

6.    
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

7.    
Oversea experience will be an advantage.

职责

1． 
通过与资本市场专业人士及基金经理有效的合作和协商，建立牢固可靠的合作关系

2． 
能与证券公司等机构合作，开展投资银行业务; 

3． 
能从多种渠道收集资料，对特定项目及行业开展研究和分析; 

4． 
与内部团队成员和外部合作伙伴密切合作，以确保投资计划顺利执行和贯彻; 

5． 
参与权益资本市场（ECM）的产品路演及进行尽职调查工作; 

要求

1． 
拥有研究生或以上学历，会计专业优先；

2． 
拥有中国证券从业资格;；

3． 
 有金融行业工作经验或熟悉了解金融行业；

4． 
能够以文字准确地表述复杂想法/观点;；

5． 
勤奋，注重细节，有较强的团队合作能力，愿意出差;；

6． 
有良好的中英文书写功底及基本英语口语能力；

7． 
有海外留学经历者优先考虑；
