Job Responsibility 
-Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry
- Prepare proposal /contracts and make presentation to client
- Assist team leader or team manager on overall project management including process, risk assessment, client negotiation and communication, job description analysis and modification, billing, payment collection and other job related requirements raised by clients
- Work closely with clients and researcher to search, select, interview and recommend qualified candidates to fill client's' assignments
- Projects updates to client- Provide recruiting or other HRM consulting services as required by clients- Researching coaching

- 根据客户要求在特定行业明确目标公司，及制定寻访策略
- 准备提案/合同并向客户公司进行阐述
- 协助部门经理展开全面的项目管理，包括运做过程，风险评估，与客户交流，工作描述分析和修正，收取服务费及客户提出的其他要求
- 与人事助理紧密合作，共同搜索，挑选，面试及推荐合适的候选人来满足客户的需求。
- 向委托人及时更新项目进展情况
- 根据客户的要求提供招聘及其他人力资源相关的专业服务
- 在必要的情况下领导项目小组， 并对RESEARCHER进行指导及培训， 确保资料的更新

Key Competencies:
- University degree or above
- At least 1 years working experience, industry leading company, consulting or executive searcher firm and sales experience are preferred
- In-depth understanding of all functions of a multinational company
- Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive, persistence and able to work under pressure
- Good judgment - Good communication skill 
both in Chinese and English

- 本科或本科以上学历
- 1 年以上工作经验，行业内处于领先地位的公司, 咨询或猎头, 有销售经验者更佳
- 深入了解跨国公司的部门职责
- 进取, 热心, 坚韧并能够坚持在压力下工作
- 良好的判断力，具有出色的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神
- 能用中文和英文良好交流
