Further to 5 years consistent growth, we now require support for our Supply Manager, to enable ICSS (HK) Ltd to continue to expand our operation. Good long term prospects are available to the right candidate demonstrating commitment, hard work and a willingness to learn. Job Description Supply Chain Assistant Report to Supply Chain Manager, track and coordinate client shipments with relevant parties to ensure effective communications between China and the UK. Checking Packing lists, Commerical invoices after each container loading, updating ICSS Company order tracker. Arrange travel itineraries (business meetings, travelling arrangements, tickets & hotel bookings) After sales service (placing spare part orders on behalf of clients, updating and sending relevant trackers back to the clients) Skill -- Good at oral and writing both in Chinese and English -- Can use Excel/Word/PowerPoint/email -- Good people relationship skills Remuneration: -- 2,500RMB / month for a 3 month trial period -- Salary to be reviewed after 3 month trial period -- Suitable apartment, rental paid by ICSS Email: elyn@ Contact person: Elyn mao 15888870817 |
