Guangzhou.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBLITIES

Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.

Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests and follows up on corrective action to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Ensure everything be ready before VIP guests’ arrival and greet them personally.

Attending to special requests by guests.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCE REQUEST

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2. Good language ability in both English & French.
