招聘职位：

1． 
DCS Operator，5名，化工工艺、化学工程相关专业，本科学历，较好的安全意识和团队合作精神

主要工作职责:

• Responsible for his own safety  and take care of other colleagues  within shift time.
• Improve HSE-Q performances through being trained and respect of safety procedures and regulations.
• Follow the systems such as ISO9000, ISO14000, ISRS etc
• Try to stabilize and optimize production through DCS/SIS system according to SOP and lab result, which can ensure F125 unit to run under a safety, healthy, environment, efficiency and economical circumstance.
• Reduce wastes whenever possible to meet EP regulations.
• Assist the maintenance Dept. to maintain the equipment.
• Maintain cleanness and tidiness of the work area.
• Direct his assistants to achieve their goals and job requirements.
• Use and manage all PPE and safety equipments properly
• Assist the shift leader to deal with the incident/ accident as ERT member
• Participate all kinds of safety practising such as Safety Group meeting, PGI, Safety Drill etc. Find and report any near miss.

2． 
Maintenance Technician，2名，化工装备或化工机械相关专业，本科学历，很强的解决问题能力以及团队合作精神

主要工作职责:

• Complete the daily work fully.
• Achieve annual goals and job requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows Arkema safety rule.
• Familiar with maintenance SOP in responsible area and take to application.
• Assist group leader for daily management
• Strict to implement site patrol rule.

 

 

3． 
Instrument Assistant，1名，仪表或自动化相关专业，本科学历，良好的安全意识及团队合作精神；

主要工作职责:

• Responsible for daily checking of DCS/PLC equipments for safety running
• Participate for SIL calculation & verification for instrument related SCSs (safety critical systems), keep documentation for calculation history.
• Administrator for PI system from Technical side.
• Participate for DCS/PLC programming modification.
• Make documents archive for all job done with DCS/PLC system
• Support safety guardian for related PSM (process safety management) tasks.
• Responsible for site interlock test implementation.

 

4． 
I/E Engineer，1名，仪表或自动化相关专业，硕士学历，良好的安全意识及团队合作精神；

主要工作职责:

• Responsible for daily checking of instruments equipments for safety running
• Participate for SIL calculation & verification for instrument related SCSs (safety critical systems), keep documentation for calculation history.
• Build the calibration procedure and SMP procedure, Participate for instruments calibration.
• Make documents archive for all job done with instruments.
• Support safety guardian for related PSM (process safety management) tasks.
• Responsible for site interlock test and instruments implementation.
• Support site I/E engineer to solve the difficult problems.

 

 

5． 
Reliability Engineer, 1名，化工装备或化学工程相关专业，硕士学历，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；

主要工作职责:

• Prepare equipment running data to analyze equipment reliability figures
• Come out with recommandations based on data analysis to improve overall unit reliability
• Reliability reports to be  issued monthly to management (both in English and Chinese)
• Participate in new projects, regularly tour on construction site with report/findings and improvement recommendation, Participate into commissioning of new projects
• Summarize findings of site inspections towards reliability improvements, reduction of waste and loss of performance
• Leading for RCA setup for important failure of equipment and follow up actions to improve it
• Regularly organize meetings with teams to gather information and opinions, give direction and coach team members
• Collect related information, improve / set up platform rules

• To implant vibration test for rotary equipment according to the plan, to submit test report on time and follow up the test result as information for equipment management and production process
• Participate in FAT vibration test for maintenance rotary equipment
• Leading platform “return of experience” sharing and study headquarter REX and TA within platform
• Focusing on platform chemical leakage data and follow up for actions implementation.
• Setup long term reliability improvement action plan and leading to implement it.
• Check the integrality of information、the veracity of data, and insure the reliability of equipment information

Lab Chemist - Coating，1名，化学相关专业，本科学历，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；

主要工作职责:

• Ensures the execution and result-interpretation of any research requested by his/her direct supervisor. Manages his/her own work to complete it on schedule.
• Reports to direct supervisor concerning research progress and informs him of any problems encountered.
• Checks equipment for conformity, including metrological follow-up, ensures first degree equipment maintenance and report any anomalies.
• Contributes to defining standard operating procedures(SOP) for equipments.
• Respects the lab QHSE procedures; spots and reports any problems or failures observed.
• Helps train new employees in lab techniques and procedures
• Ensures that the lab remains in state of cleanliness that complies with its usage.
• Visits customer as instructed by his/her direct supervisor to help resolve technical problem or give technical

 

7． 
Lab Chemist - Paper，1名，纸浆或造纸相关专业，本科及以上学历，良好的分析解决问题能力；

主要工作职责:

R&D Technician - thermoplastic processing hall，2名，聚合工艺或化学工程相关专业，本科学历，良好的沟通和解决问题能力；

主要工作职责:

• The R&D technician position belongs to Changshu R&D Center, Specialty Polyamides division. R&D Technician’s working environment is shared between 80~90% time spent in the Thermoplastic Processing Workshop and related laboratories of CRDC, and 10~20% in office for data recording and management.
•  Thermoplastic Processing activity (injection, extrusion, compound)
•  Material evaluation activity and other studies (mechanical, physical, rheological, ageing properties)
• Data recording & management for material processing & evaluation activities

R&D Technician - Corporate，1名，材料,高分子相关专业，本科学历，很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力以及团队合作精神；

主要工作职责:

• The CRDC provides customer support, on the asian market, for the most innovative products developed by Arkema’s Corporate Research (bloc copolymers, lithium salts for batteries…).
• The purpose of the job is to put in place the appropriate tests and characterization of these products, under the authority of the engineer in charge of the Corporate R&D.
