Job Description:
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a cluster of functions, including material sourcing, material planning, order fulfillment, costing control, logistics, inventory and warehousemanagement, etc.
1.     Coordinate and drive internal activities between planning, production and logistics to ensure on time delivery and to meet the business goals.
2.     Provide up-to-date material shortage message to IPLs based on the demand plan changes, so as to drive Purchasing Order on-time delivery for material availability for production.
3.     Track data accuracy and maintain the documentation.
4.     Issue Purchasing Order on the basis of Purchasing Request to the vendors, and assure the vendors will fulfill the order adhering to requested dates as far as possible.
5.     Update delivery schedule in system and shortage lists according to suppliers' delivery commitment;
6.     Weekly follow up inventory action plan, coordinate relevant teams to take actions for inventory improvement.
7.     Weekly work out inventory forecast, meanwhile enhance forecast model to improve forecast accuracy.
8.     Track order execution at daily basis (end to end from order entry to invoicing)

Qualifications:
1.          Education background: Bachelor or above, major in Supplier Chain Management, Logistics, Telecommunication, Business Administration, and other related major.
2.          Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
-Interested and basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management
-Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT
-SAP is a plus
3.          General competencies:
-Proactive &Initiative, focus on detail.
-Good communication skills and team work spirit.
-Good ability in data collection and analysis.
4.          Language Ability: CET4 or above, fluent in both oral and written English;

Job Description:
Test Engineer is responsible for definition, planning, development & implementation of test solutions for structural, functional and system test purpose, in close relationship with R&D organizations.

1.     Define test strategy with R&D in terms of test coverage and Industrialization target.
2.     Develop test platform(HW, SW, fixture, tool, etc.) and test process
3.     Write test specification including Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report.
4.     Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
5.     Ensure the performance and stability of test solution according to Industrialization target.
6.     Deliver test design report, operation/maintenance manual, material list, etc. to process team.
7.     HW/SW improvement & evolution
8.     Support on critical issues occurred during volume production

Qualifications:
1.     Education background: Bachelor or above, major in Telecom Communication, Computer science, Industry engineering, E.E. and Software Engineering.
2.     Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
a)     Experienced in school projects or industry intern: wireless related SW/system or subsystem testing or development is a big plus.
b)     Familiar with C/C++, or database development.
c)     Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes.
3.     General competencies:
a)     Good communication skills and team work spirit.
b)     Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills
c)     Accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work
d)     Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment.
4.         Language Ability: CET4 or above, fluent in both oral and written English;
