Reporting to the Senior Manager, you shall be responsible for the following:
   
    Responsibilities
        To understand corporate objectives and develop need of IT solution
        To work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation, time and budget requirements and establishing deadlines
        To manage the entire project (including the phases of conceptualization, development, testing and implementation) and ensure completion within the resources, timeline and budget approved by the management
        To ensure the project is done within the legal framework
        To ensure that Manfield would be the legal owner of the project developed
        To train users as part of the implementation
        To manage project changes requests
        To manage project scope and ensures adherence to the project plan
        To ensure that the solution if thoroughly tested and commissioned prior to implementation
        To provide feedback to Project Steering Committee on project status including milestones, risks and exceptions
        To meet with project team regularly to review project status, deliverables and deadlines
        To provide timely reporting on issues and track these issues through regular project
        To monitor, track and report milestones of all phases of the project
        To ensure integrity, consistency and efficiency of the solution provided
        To regularly check, maintain and upgrade the solution provided
        To negotiate and manage outsourcing vendors (if any) and ensure timely delivery of their deliverables
   
   
    Pre-requisites
        Recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
        At least 2 years of relevant working in IT projects development
        Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure systems (Wintel and/or UNIX servers, databases, Network cabling and infrastructure, IT security)
        Experience in administrating LAN servers, User IDs and access rights
        Familiar with Windows 2000/2003 server
        Independent individual with a drive to make things work
        Knowledge in databases e.g. MS SQL Server.
        Knowledge of PHP and MySQL, Jquery programming
        Knowledge in IT security and web based database servers
        Dynamic, committed, self-motivated and proactive with a positive mind
        Possess mature and enthusiastic attitude
        Self-motivated individual with initiative
        Possess effective communication skills and pleasant personality
