MTA Network is a newly established business that was legally founded in September 2014. It is one of the first businesses in china to be solely founded and managed by foreigners and is purpose is to help Foreigners in china as well as prepare and lead Chinese persons to go abroad.

MTA Network is an Expat Support Company as well as an Educational Support Company; it deals with both foreign markets and Chinese this means that most staff members MUST have a good level of English and understand that they will need to practice this in day to day situations.

The Role of the Online Marketing Manager is to create leads and to find and secure a client base, to use Engineers online resources such as the website, social media and advertising companies to meet with the Chinese client base on a regular bases and at a later date (around 6 months later) to motivate/manage a team to fulfil the said before role.

The Role of the OMM will be to manage a number of roles and staff that focus on Online Advertisements and if found suitable local marketing and promotions. Additionally this project will be beginning at the time of employment, this means that the OMM will be a primary factor in how the project develops and will have to co-ordinate between Project managers as well the branch manager and the foreign market. In order to fully realise this project and role. As the OMM will take a leading role developing this project Market Research ability is a must. All the skills listed are needed to be built upon to reach a new standard of managing.

The basic requirements for the OMM applicant are as follows:

1. Must Already have experience in online marketing and is able to use social medias, websites and understanding how to address potential clients visa email of phone call.: Within the agency there will be a lot of new systems and process to take in and learn, once learnt steps will taken to improve these and to insure smooth running of the position and all projects.
2. Flexible and adaptable the OMM will have challenges required to be over come on a daily bases determination is a key factor along with being able to change with a situation and the ability to improvise.
3. Patience with new staff and creating new systems will be a strong factor as the company will be new and the team newly. Additionally there will also be off peak times meaning that inactivity will occur and using this time to constructively add to the MTA Network will be required.

8. As MTANetwork is primarily as an Expat consultancy Company we often have to help Foreign persons with challenges that they face in China understanding and patience will be key when dealing with foreign clients.

Responsibilities

Each staff member has specific responsibilities these include.

• Building a client base at first in QD then Shan Dong and finally all of china.
• Co-ordinating with Managers relating to many of the Projects.
• Marketing, English Learning, Visa’s for companies (or schools) hiring foreign staff that need assistance with their documentation, Marketing Studying, Immigrating and gaining green cards abroad and Homestay for abroad and for foreign students coming to China.
• Marketing and contacting existing and new clients on a day to day basis
• Meeting for Business Dinners with clients, outgoing personalities are best suited for this.

This is a demanding job that has many rewards only persons who are serious are wanted to fill this position.

Financials

The salary for this position will be 3000 the first month as an orientation period. After if the performance and character is suitable for this role the pay will be 4000-5000 Yuan per a month this fully depends on performance.

Additionally full insurance will be provided this is the (五险一金) if this is not desirable the money use to provide this insurance can be put on top of the monthly salary. This is simply an option for people to choose as they will.

Commissions

Commissions will be given per however many leads are gained through the marketing that the OMM is personally responsible.

The System must be created with the team before the commission prices can be confirmed.

The Job will start in the middle to the end of January and Interviews will be held between the beginning to the middle of January.
