As an UX Designer you will be working closely with other developers creating UX flows that transform complex problems into easy steps. You will also be creating mockups that developers can use to style the finished product. All this will be done in close cooperation with the other developers and product manager. The product consists of a number of advanced areas that handle complex problems such as scheduling, optimization and forecasting. The product uses a lot of open source software and Teleopti encourage you to be a part of the development community.

We are working with agile development methods like Scrum and Kanban. We are also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and work only with Microsoft technologies and our systems are developed using the latest Microsoft and web frameworks. As a Web Designer at Teleopti you will work with a dedicated team of developers based in Shenzhen and Stockholm Sweden.

Job Description:

Work in an international environment together with the development team in Sweden

·       
Develop world class web based solutions for WFM Market

·       
Push the visual style forward toward a modern aesthetic

·       
Work with developers on the implementation of your designs

·       
Communicate with developers in Sweden both in written and spoken English

·       
Talk with users, get to know them, and get feedback on your work

·       
Develop products with the latest methodologies like Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

Qualifications:

·       
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery

·       
Experience in designing for cross-platform experiences. (Mobile, Desktop, Web).

·       
A strong understanding of current web design best practices, styles and methodology

·       
Understanding of common software development practices

·       
Good English listening and speaking skills, being able to communicate with other developers in Sweden

·       
Knowledge about Responsive design, Test driven Development and Behavior Driven Development 

·       
Knowledge of design and production tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator

Education and training

·       
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related.

·       
Self-directed and self-motivated

·       
Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere.

Attentive to pick up on “latest” trends within the field
