职位描述:
Responsibilities
- Support in preparing for financial reporting on periodic basis, and provide necessary financial information to support management decision making
- Assist in Business Plan and Budgeting process, focusing on data management and consolidation
- Support financial SOP & SOC projects, assist in documentation and archiving of financial policies/routines.
- Help in projects related to "One IKEA Centres"
- Contribute in organizing finance team activities

Qualifications

Knowledge&Background:
- University degree in finance, accounting or relevant majors
- Relevant financial working experience will be a plus
- English CET 6 will be a plus
- Professional accounting certificates are preferred

Skills &Abilities:
- Good communication skill. Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others
- High sense of responsibility
- Logical thinking and quick learner
- Good English skill both written and oral
- Good computer skill especially in MS office software
- Good ability to challenge the process and improve the procedure

　　IICG Wuxi Shopping Centre anchored by IKEA is scheduled to open in 2014. It will become the most attractive one-stop super regional shopping centre in Jiangsu Province.
　　The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues. The shopping centre will include approximately 400 stores, distributed in 153,000 m2 GLA on 3 levels. Convenient access will be provided by a light railway station directly connected to the shopping centre, multiple bus stops and more than 5,000 parking spaces.

　　IICG Beijing Shopping Centre is located in Xihongmen Commercial Complex, the district of Daxing, covering an area of 172,000 m2, aiming to establish a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues, with 560 carefully selected international and national brands and more than 7,000 parking spaces. 　　IICG Wuhan Shopping Centre, covering a total area of 300,000 m2, is located at Etouwan, Qiaokou District. It is just 12 km from Wuhan city centre, with 8.6 million local residents in the area and aimed to be a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. Convenient access will be provided by a light railway station directly connected to the shopping centre and there will be more than 4,700 parking spaces. Constructed as an enclosed three-storey integrated building, the centre will feature approximately 400 international and national brands, distributed in 172,000 m2 GLA on 3 levels.
