JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述

* 3 years or more experience in optics

3年以上光学经验

* Optimize the test methods for PE lambda, like reflection testament, polarization testament, etc. 

优化PE lambda的测试方法，如反射、偏振的测量等

* Optimize Trioptics OptiSpheric system measurement methods, like parallelism, etc.

优化Trioptics OptiSpheric系统的测量方法，如平行度等

* Setup other measurement method, like spectrum testament using CCD spectrometers

建立其他测量方式，如使用CCD光谱仪的光谱测量

* Communicate with vendors on some quality issues, like surface quality, wavefront distortion, glass material, coating bandwidth, etc. Help vendors analyze the fail reasons.

与供应商沟通质量问题，如表面光洁度、波前畸变、镜片材料和膜层带宽等，帮助供应商分析问题原因

* Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams

* Appreciation of photonics market sector and associated optical products

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

* A  Bachelor degree in optical engineering or related fields.

本科学历，光学工程或相关专业

* Strong knowledge in optical measurement methods, like transmission, reflection, EFFL, wavefront distortion test.

熟练掌握光学测量方法，如传输、反射、EFFL、波前畸变

* Strong knowledge in optical specs, like surface quality, centration, etc.

熟悉光学参数，如表面光洁度、偏心等

* Strong knowledge in optical glasses, optic coating, etc.

熟悉光学镜片和光学镀膜等

* Experience in optical lab and optical setup

具备光学实验室和光学参数设置经验者优先

* Experience in Zemax will be better.

具备Zemax经验者优先

This position is primarily responsible for process engineering support of our optical products at the facility in Thorlabs Shanghai. Duties include the optimization, characterization, and documentation of the manufacturing process to meet product requirements and assisting the manufacturing operation in problem-solving and optimization of product, equipment and test systems. Also responsible for developing and implementing new process procedures and technologies to reduce cost and improve product quality for existing and new product designs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述

* Works with optical engineers and technicians to optimize overall manufacturing process including design configuration, equipment, operating conditions, and testing. 

与光学工程师和质检员合作，优化整体制造过程，包括设计配置、设备、操作条件和测试

* Defines and performs incoming quality control inspection and test of raw materials. 

制定进料质量控制和原材料测试规范并执行

* Defines outgoing quality control of the product and establishes the raw material requirements. 

制定出货质量控制规范，建立原材料质量要求

* Performs process and product qualification / validation. 

对工艺和产品的质量进行验证

* Establishes and maintains methods for and oversees or performs calibration and maintenance of manufacturing/test equipment. 

监督或执行制造/测试设备的校准和维护，制定合适的方法并及时更新

* Performs training for operators.

* Responsible for the Technical Interface with suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Materials Science strongly preferred. 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

本科学历，工程或材料科学专业优先，3年以上相关经验

* Knowledge in optics.

具备光学知识

* Experience in polarization optics and/or liquid crystal technologies is highly preferred. 

具有偏振光学或液晶技术相关经验优先

* Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Use of continuous improvement, quality tools and statistical process control methodologies.

使用持续改进、质量控制和统计过程控制方法

* Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office and SolidWorks.

熟练掌握MS Office和SolidWorks

* Proficiency in MATLAB and LabVIEW is preferred.
